Working hands on with the Developer and Builder at Davlin Construction allowed us to reach a common objective to combine viability and quality to a beautiful structure.
Our building system means that 85% of building actually happens offsite and reduces actual onsite building times to just weeks. For the developer our product was paramount to reduce project turnover time, costs and risk factors.
This project forms our blueprint for many more inner urban and coastal developments.
