While the on-site preparation and foundations are being laid, your modular building is being fabricated to final completion in the factory. Construction delays due to inclement weather are virtually eliminated as the modular building is manufactured in a controlled factory environment (a significant benefit to both the home owner, the builder, the developers and clients). From the commencement of manufacturing of the modular building to handover of keys, the total time of the project is only 12 weeks.*

By using the Amarco Modular building system and buildings a single storey home can be built in just two (2) weeks once the modules arrive on site.**
