A little bit about this project

The PINNACLE home was built over 7 years ago in one of the harshest environments in Australia, Fitzroy Crossing with limited building resources to achieve such a large installation so quickly and to the standard it was built.

Stylistically specified by client the PINNACLE home has 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a huge double width staircase, massive top floor and bottom floor front and rear decking areas and 60sqm meter internal living and dining areas. This massive home was built in Fitzroy Crossing in only 6 weeks. Even in a city location this is an amazing feat to achieve, never mind having the remoteness and difficulty of the Fitzroy region to build in.

This building was a great test for the Amarco product in the installation process to show how efficient the building system is, but also with the transport and logistics process, which proved how easy and achievable it is to supply and build the Amarco product in any location within Australia and now around the world.

The Amarco modules transported from China to Port Hedland via the sea, then were craned onto truck to be transported via the road to Broome, to be stored before being then road transported to Fitzroy Crossing. It was then craned into position to be built on site. In total the Amarco modules had travelled 6500kms safely and securely without any damage, which again proves the strength and capabilities of the Amarco Modular structured steel frame fully finished with tiling, carpentry, gyprocking, windows and doors when being transported.

It stands strong through harsh cyclonic and harsh extreme temperatures today. A true test of strength and durability.
